Тагнуулч (Tagnuulch)

Privacy policy

Draft reviewed:

1. About this policy

This privacy policy covers Тагнуулч (Tagnuulch), the mobile game by IDOS Game Studio, and this website. The developer is Bayanbai Aidos (Баянбай Айдос). Android package: com.idos.tagnuulch.

The descriptions below reflect the game configuration reviewed at this time. If accounts, online services, advertising, or payment features are added, the data practices and this policy will need to be updated.

2. Information stored on your device

The game stores your chosen display name, selection from built-in avatars, coins, hints, level progress and stars, unfinished puzzles, tutorial completion, sound preferences, and vibration settings on your device. These values let you resume play and retain your preferences.

The current game has no sign-in account or developer-operated cloud progress service. Your display name does not need to be your real name or contain private information. The game has no implemented feature that accesses your contacts, messages, precise location, camera, or microphone.

3. Unity technical diagnostics

Unity Engine Diagnostics is enabled in the reviewed Android configuration. This service can transmit crash logs, app diagnostics, app performance information, and device or installation identifiers to Unity to investigate crashes and technical performance.

This is separate from game progress stored only on your device. Unity reports that its diagnostic data is encrypted in transit. Read Unity’s diagnostic data disclosure and the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for provider information.

4. Purposes and recipients

Local game data supports saved progress, puzzle resumption, and preferences. Unity diagnostics supports technical troubleshooting and game stability.

If you email us for support, your email address, message, and information you choose to send are processed through our email provider so we can respond. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Unity is a service provider receiving the technical information described above. Information may be processed in countries where service providers operate. The inspected game does not implement an advertising network, real-money billing, or third-party account service. Advertising and purchases planned for release are described in the next section.

5. Advertising and in-app purchases

The public release is planned to include advertising and in-app purchases. We have selected Unity LevelPlay for advertising. These features are not yet integrated into the reviewed beta.

Unity LevelPlay is an advertising mediation platform that can connect the game to multiple ad networks. The networks to be enabled for Tagnuulch have not yet been selected. Each network’s data practices and privacy link must be added before activation.

Unity’s LevelPlay disclosure lists approximate location, device or other identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostics as collected data. Location, identifiers, and ad interactions are also shared. Purposes include advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Unity reports encryption in transit and deletion-request support. See LevelPlay’s data disclosure and the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. This describes the provider’s general disclosure, not collection by LevelPlay in the current beta.

Before release, we must verify the SDK version, enabled networks, actual collection, retention periods, deletion-request methods, and required consent. Advertising and identifier settings must account for minors, children as defined by applicable law, and unknown-age users as required by law and store rules. Selecting LevelPlay and a 13-and-over audience does not configure these protections automatically.

LevelPlay is the advertising choice. The in-app purchase provider remains undecided. Payment services and any purchase verification or entitlement information will be described separately after integration.

This is a draft disclosure of planned services. It will be finalized after verifying the release integration’s actual data handling.

6. Retention and deletion requests

Local game progress and preferences remain on your device until changed or the app’s local data is cleared. Clearing the game’s app storage in Android settings removes local progress, profile information, and preferences. Operating-system backups are separate and may restore prior data.

The in-game progress reset is not a control for deleting every profile setting or Unity record. Clearing local game data does not automatically erase diagnostics already transmitted to Unity.

Unity diagnostic retention and the practical deletion-request procedure must be confirmed before release.

Proposed rule — the studio must confirm adoption: Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond, resolve the issue, and meet related legal or dispute-resolution obligations, then deleted or de-identified. You may request earlier deletion; any information that must lawfully be retained will be explained.

For access, correction, or deletion questions, contact: support@tagnuulch.com. Only information needed to identify and handle a request should be provided. A Unity installation identifier may be required to locate diagnostic records; the current game does not yet expose that identifier to players.

7. Security

Local game preferences are not a separately encrypted store and are not intended for passwords or sensitive information. Use your device’s security features, such as its screen lock. Unity states that diagnostic information is encrypted in transit. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Target audience and younger players

Tagnuulch is intended for players aged 13 and over. The selected target age groups for the Google Play declaration are 13–15, 16–17, and 18 and over. Players under 13 are not part of the intended audience. This is not an assigned store content rating; follow the rating and parental guidance applicable in your region.

Players aged 13–17 are minors, and child-privacy requirements may apply in some regions. Selecting these age groups does not remove those protections or mean that an age check has been implemented in the game. See Google Play’s target-audience guidance.

A parent or guardian with a concern about a child’s information can contact us at support@tagnuulch.com. Before release, any required age handling, privacy and advertising protections for minors, and consent procedures must be verified in the actual game configuration.

9. This website

We have not added registration, a support form, analytics, or advertising code to this website. Character rotation runs in your browser, and language selection uses page links. Hosting, security, and the current private-site sign-in providers may process IP addresses, request and technical logs, and necessary cookies under their own terms. This policy does not replace those providers’ privacy information.
